Great reenactment site with enthusiastic staff and great black powder program. Best water out of all of the staff camps.

Amazing meadow and views! Loved shooting .50 cal black powder rifles!

THE BIG 50!

There is running water here and they also provided washboards and small tubs (basins) to wash your clothes in. This is also where we returned our burros that we got from Ponil. There is a great view of Baldy Mountain at the base of Miranda.

My boys got to throw tomahawks here and they enjoyed it. We also got a nice rest from the uphill climb. Although it rained that afternoon, we were able to sit inside some of the tepees and hangout.

One great meadow!
